Our research focuses on the following three fields

1. Nanomedicine

How to cure cancers and malignant tumors remains an ongoing challenge. We construct innovative nanoparticles functionalized with stimuli-responsive properties for targeted cancer treatment.

2. Novel Antimicrobial Substances

Bacterial antibiotic-resistance imposes a global threat to public health. We develop novel antimicrobial agents and innovative ways to administer anti-infective drugs.


3. Soft Matter Physics

Understanding the mechanisms by which therapeytic agents work or biomolecules function can in principle facilitate their applications. We aim to unveil the mechanisms by which bioactive agents interact with cellular membranes.
